Medieval Up In It 😎
This is a different vibe that I found today for your Thursday, bringing you some medieval inspired sounds to set your day/night off different too. Enjoy 🙂
Learnings have continued for me this afternoon and early evening with more CSS and new tools.
Chrome Developer Tools
Professional web developers have probably been using these tools from the beginning, but I've discovered the Chrome Developer Tools just today, and when paired with VS Code, they help offer similar functionality on Linux that I've previously only been able to achieve using the full VS on Windows. So that was one bonus from today.
The other nice tool that came out of today's learning through the web dev course was a site for web colours in hexadecimal. ColorHunt (https://www.colorhunt.co/) presents a wide range of colour palettes that have been curated by professional designers, and offers the really useful feature of presenting the hexa-codes for each colour.
If you are involved in any kind of web dev role or even trying things like this for yourself, consider having a look at these tools as they're proving pretty handy for me so far.
Catch you guys again soon.
Stay awesome,
EMH
