Late Night Coding 😎
Actually since I'm starting to write this post just after 4am, we're kinda beyond the late night and well into the early morning now. But the results of all the work over the last 24 hours have been fairly good, and I thought I'd end the night's coding with a quick update as we enjoy one of these awesome Chill Music Lab vibes together 🙂
Mostly Done, But Not
As a quick gauge of the progress made overall recently, the first small capture shows where the MOOV results interface was up to around 7 days ago, and the third capture is from the 10th of March, when this whole results section hadn't even been started. So when we compare that to the status of the MOOV interface as I'm ending the coding for tonight, I think there's been some solid progress but can see there's still plenty to come with this section later.
The main capture above shows that while the user can now enter their MOOVs, save the ones they wish, and then compare these to benchmarks from their own performance, there are still some minor UI errors on this screen (notice the white speed and incline labels in Stage 2, for example). There are also minor corrections to be made in the code for loading the comparison MOOVs as some of the calculations for things like durations and WO are currently not being made for the stored sessions (explaining the WO figures all showing up as improvements even though in the actual testing, the stored MOOV has higher values - just not calculated).
These things I can fix later in the day, after a break. What will need to wait for now though are comparisons to other users' benchmarks as I'm currently only entering sample data for a single user, and still need to build the different groupings and so on. That stage of the testing will need to be done later.
Hope to catch up with you guys again soon, and all the best to you and yours as always 🙂
Stay awesome,
EMH
