Training – Prep Week 1

Hopefully this Matrix inspired track that I just came across finds everyone safe, happy and well for the start of their day/night ahead.

Already finished a bit of work, started training, and ready to get back to more of both soon. Here's a quick look.

Just Getting Started

I've tried taking videos of other parts of the workouts but the leg press is really the only one that allows me to show the actual lifts with any kind of decent angle, while the upper body exercises are impossible to shoot myself while doing the actual lifts. So for now, we're stuck with these unfortunately. Hopefully later on I can arrange for someone crazy enough to attend with me so early in the morning. Basic details are in video description.

So now I'll be taking a short break before starting my regular work, hoping to get more done on the book and other MOOVPAD projects later in the evening.
