With the progress made on the building of the new version of the UI reaching a good transition point, it's now time to look at what I need to do in order to get the latest version of the MOOVPAD Web App handling the new data methods well. So here's one of those awesome Chill Music Lab releases to help set the mood for the next couple hours as we take a look 🙂
Data Handlers
Today's learnings will focus on the development of the data links between the actual SQL server and the data-handling classes that need to be developed for this new approach.
This will mean a lot of learning for the rest of the day, but I hope the results will lead to better outcomes long-term.
The plan is to make only small adjustments over the next few weeks, so that the final data-handling classes in this online-only version are not too different from the desktop and mobile versions (which will also have online components to them of course).
