Nighttime Creativity 😎
Hopefully we've all had a great mid-week burst of progress and creativity, looking forward to a chill weekend and new week ahead. This is a nice mellow for you to enjoy as we look at progress and plans for next week.
Here we go.
The Concept
This latest render was actually pretty easy now that my skills in Blender have improved. The original idea came from an online tutorial but it used an older version of the program. The controls and setting options are different in the current version of Blender, meaning I had to adapt my own technique for getting the result I wanted (i.e. making the landmasses show while the rest is transparent). This render was quick and should make a nice addition to future content hopefully.
Work Planning
Given the new work schedule I'll be starting next week, I'm having to be a bit more thorough in planning my activities moving forward. The new Blog format has helped take some pressure off obviously since it is easier posting once than 4-5 times each day (requiring around 1-1.5 hours previously). This gives me more time to focus on the work itself.
Book Progress
Speaking of the work, there will be more time available during commutes to focus on writing for the book and publishing. It is admittedly easy to get distracted with all the other tasks and learning activities while working on the book at home. So hopefully I can get more done on these projects as of next week too (fingers crossed).
All the best for your day/night ahead, and catch up tomorrow.
Stay awesome,
EMH
