MS SQL Server & Studio

Progressive Growth 😎

Hope your day starts off to a great vibe, and here's the latest release from these guys to help with that.

I've been busy getting things ready for discrete systems on my end, and have made some solid progress on both Linux and Windows platforms. Let's see...

MS SQL Server 2019

Since I did a complete wipe and re-install of my Windows system, I also had to re-install MS SQL Server Developer Edition. For those interested, the link is below:

While the actual deployment will likely be different, this database server is useful for development at this stage.

SQL Management Studio 2018

Once I had the server sorted, I also needed a convenient way to build the server databases and tables. Although this can be done directly in Visual Studio, I prefer doing it in this SQL Studio environment because it's a clearer interface for me and something I'm already used to. The link to download the software is here:

Other database servers and engines will have their own environments presumably.

MOOVPAD Discrete Systems

promo-210911-7

Yesterday and this morning, I basically generated the different discrete systems/apps based on the core code and template UI that I wanted to keep. The UI elements will be adjusted for each system but I kept the parts that will make it easier to differentiate from, like branching points in the design process.

At some point in the future, once the UX and UI of each separate system is closer to finalisation, I'll share some more on those. For now though, the progress continues 😉

Stay awesome,
