Hopefully this awesome track from Chill Music Lab helps get your day/night flowing right for whatever you might have going on right now, as I'm listening to it while putting together this little update on today and the long night ahead leading into tomorrow. Here we go.
Learning. Training. Working.
Having done some more writing and thinking earlier in the day regarding the book, I've made sure to get some good rest and eat enough to be ready for what will be a long bout of home mini training sessions (10-15 mins each) interspersed between learnings with the new course. I'm able to do this fairly regularly because I'm used to very long work days, and I happen to have tomorrow all to myself as well.
At around 2-3 am, I'll switch back over to my other system for some more writing tasks and continue the mini training sessions along the way. My goal is to focus on light cardio combined with moderate core for tonight, aiming one 10-15 minute block in each hour between now (10pm) and 6am. This would give a total workout period of 1.5 to 2 hours but still allow me to get stuff done along the way.
