Day Of Firsts 😎
Today has been kinda strange but honestly, pretty cool too. I've learned some new things and seen things for the first time, including this awesome combination of Aly & Fila producing great vibes out of Cairo, Egypt. Like they say... "Good music is good music", and I hope you guys enjoy some of their work while I update real quick 🙂
My First Look @ GDC
In my last post, I looked at adding PayPal as a functionality to the MOOVPAD web app. The learnings from MS seem fairly straight forward for someone building an ASP.NET web app, but I'm working with a Blazor server app, so that's the first level of difference for me to contend with. Then there's Google Developer Console (GDC), which I only discovered today. Shows how much of a noob to web dev I really am, yeah?
On top of all that, it seems like the GDC might have changed quite a bit since the MS article was first written, although the date at the top suggests the article was at least reviewed very recently. So there's going to be a lot more learning for me before I can add PayPal and OAuth functionality with real confidence that I'm using best practices.
But I like a challenge 🙂
For now though, my MS Azure learnings will continue.
