Capitalising On Focus Time
It's only a matter of time before I'll need to get back to all that boring, distracting sideline work again. And so the main goals for me during my current MOOVPAD focus period is to get as much of the foundational work sorted right, allowing me to then use whatever time I might get later to work on simpler tasks that require less focus time.
The foundations for the physiologic assessments have been progressing well and it's time to move to the next stage of the MOOVPAD web app dashboard, where users will be able to enter their training sessions.
