Told you, the weekend is almost here. And for the first time in a long time, I'll actually have the whole weekend to myself. And I know I'll be working on things throughout the two days, but still nice to think that time will be mellow. Almost as cool as this awesome Chill Music Lab vibe 🙂
Safety Checks & Programs
To the left is an example of one of the latest additions to the MOOVPAD Web App workflows. These questions are actually part of an industry standard adult pre-exercise screening process developed by peak bodies within the health and fitness scope, and will be among the initial safety checks for app users to ensure MOOVPAD looks after both the online and real life aspects of user wellness.
Clearly there's going to be a lot of new additions to the app as work progresses, and I'll catch us up as often as I can with things as they happen.
