Progress 😎

With the next three-day focus block not due until the end of the month, I've been continuing with the MOOVPAD tasks alongside all of the sideline work that pays the bills for now. So I hope you guys enjoy this latest awesome release from the team at Chill Music Lab while I catch us up real quick 🙂

Adding More Data Screens

The screen capture to the left shows the initial pre-exercise screening questions that help ensure user safety before using the MOOVPAD Web App to train. However these questions are only one part of the data required for users to get the most out of the MOOVPAD apps. The outline layout in the screen capture below highlights a few more questions that users will be asked to answer.

This additional data does two things. First, it helps to provide app users with more helpful initial guides and milestones while training. Second, it also helps to collate and analyse this training data later, and this will become a main tool for refining recommendations and guides for users long-term.

As you can see, the work continues 🙂

Stay awesome,

EMH

This will be an ongoing work in progress, and will always be linked to the bottom of each upcoming Blog post.
