This new album by Olan called 'Contra' was released yesterday by Anjunadeep, and I'm really enjoying the vibe across the entire album so far. I thought it would be a great share for you guys today so that you might discover a new artist like I did, and enjoy it along with me while we take a quick look at a new toy I just ordered, and plans for the next work block 🙂
DJI Osmo 5 Gimbal
Yes, I know I'm very late to the party with this DJI Osmo 5 purchase. Not only have they been out for a long while but everybody has been using them. Having heard a lot about them, I have wanted to try one for quite a bit. However since I don't take selfies, like... ever... I've never really had a reason to get one. Until some people started pushing me to try and do some videos for different things.
So I finally decided it was time to try one out and see if I could maybe teach myself to 'get over it' and just make a start, with something simple like this gimbal to assist. I accept no responsibility for the footage that might one day see the light of day. They did this. I will delay as long as possible. Run. Far. And start now. Like... now now 🥴
Fortunately for you all, I have absolutely no idea how to use one of those, or how to edit videos properly, and so there's still a while to go before I learn enough and try and release anything. Just giving you the heads up early.
And I now return us to the next work block, where I'll be focusing on some new learnings and some prep for coding a bit later on 🙂
