Building Test Systems
Over the past couple of days, I've started to learn concepts that are completely new to me but essential to building the test environment necessary for the initial stages of the MOOVPAD release stage. So we're talking about linux server-side basics including bash scripting, introduction to iptables, and so on. With the vast amount of knowledge to do these professionally, it's not surprising there's more than one related professional field in this area.
However my goal is focused on building a test environment and getting the basics right during the cloud deployment early on, so that there's a solid foundation to pass on to professionals later. These things were always going to be part of the learning process for me, but circumstances recently forced me to start earlier than expected. Still though, glad to be learning new skills.
