Chill Chill 😎
It took longer than I thought it would to get through the functions I was working on today, and I've realised I need to add some more basic functions for users as well before I start working on the storage of AM/PM schedules. Time for one of those awesome Chill Music Lab releases to help set the work mood while we see some of the results 🙂
Simple UI Testing
It's been a very long time since I posted twice or more in one day. But the progress on this control needs to be logged for future reference. The screenshots here show that all of the slots in the schedule have the basic drag and drop functions working. They also show some random moves scattered through the schedule, specific selection of these and then their deletion, followed by adding new MOOVs in their place (although new MOOVs can also just be dragged in over any existing MOOVs in any slot)
The other functions I want to add to this control include 'select all' and 'deselect all'. This may be completed tonight (hopefully), which would then allow me to work on the whole storage thing for AM/PM hours. Once that's done, I can then bring in the code for sending all of this data to the database from the original version of the MOOVPAD Desktop App built in 2021. That was before all of the work on the books for the scientific framework started. It's been a while since I worked on those, but I'll be able to get back to that work soon 🙂
Stay awesome,
EMH
HOW MOOVPAD IS BEING BUILT
For the overview of how MOOVPAD apps are being developed, the reasoning behind particular decisions during development, policies, links to the science and research at the core of MOOVPAD, and more in relation to all the technical things, please see the link to the left.
This will be an ongoing work in progress, and will always be linked to the bottom of each upcoming Blog post.
