231114 – MOOV Program Design (Continued)

Chill Work Ambience 😎

Halfway through the last day of the current focus block, and there has been some positive progress in terms of the MOOVPAD Desktop App. Hopefully you guys enjoy this release from Chill Music Lab while we see the results from today 🙂

Simplifying UX For Users

To the left is a screenshot showing the initial control for the first step in MOOV program building. The plan was to use some simple calculations to adjust the number of program blocks and weeks per block dynamically as users make their choices. However I realised that although this makes sense for me, it may be less clear for app users.

So this morning I adjusted the UI to include simple toggle buttons that allow users to select the planning method that suits them rather than making assumptions and using dynamic calculations and changes to user selections that might complicate UX. The changes can be seen in the additional screenshots. For the rest of the day, I'll keep working on the coding for this first MOOV program building step.

Enjoy the rest of the week ahead, and catch up soon 🙂

Stay awesome,

EMH
