230725 – Gauge Update Stage 3 (Continued)

Chill Chill 😎

During the most recent couple days, I've had a chance to do a very limited amount of coding on the MOOVPAD Web App because of both sideline tasks as well as being stuck on the reason for the issues with the gauge mentioned in the last post. So here's the latest awesome release from the team at Chill Music Lab for us to enjoy while we see what I mean 🙂

Progress With An Asterisk

The same issue of the gauge only updating on the interface when the intensity progresses by 100% increments (but with no errors) still persists. I've looked into the UI Interop for this gauge and can't seem to find any causes for that issue there. The next place to look will be on the UI markup itself, although I'm pretty sure the cause isn't there as well.

So my plan for the next week or so is going to focus on the new set of gauges in the design outline to the right, while also having a look at the compound gauge above to isolate the cause, but not allowing it to become a bottleneck.

Hope you guys have a great week ahead too, and all the best til we catch up again 🙂

Stay awesome,

EMH

HOW MOOVPAD IS BEING BUILT

For the overview of how MOOVPAD apps are being developed, the reasoning behind particular decisions during development, policies, links to the science and research at the core of MOOVPAD, and more in relation to all the technical things, please see the link to the left.

This will be an ongoing work in progress, and will always be linked to the bottom of each upcoming Blog post.
