I've been wrapping up a some prep tasks over the last few days, getting ready for the busy period over the coming several weeks, with some of those looking at general business goals as I look to progress from a one-man operation in the future. So here's a Chill Music Lab release for us to enjoy while I share some of that thinking 🙂
Main Business Goals
Given that all of the MOOVPAD apps are built around the core scientific framework, I am always aware that even though the focus may currently be on building those apps, the foundation for all MOOVPAD projects is actually that science. And so the business goals for all the projects are a little bit different than if I were developing the apps as stand-alone products.
Added to this is the fact that MOOVPAD as an entity isn't active on social platforms, requiring different approaches as well. One of the main goals for the project, once some of the core products have been tested, will be to start working with some people with more skills and experience than me in key areas. More on these points later.
